JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.Maheta, learned Assistant Government Pleader, seeks time to file a reply.
2. Mr.Navin Pahwa, learned counsel has some objection. Even by order dated 27.11.2012, as last chance at the request of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the matter was adjourned to 24.12.2012.
3. Mr.Maheta, learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that affidavit shall be filed on the next date of hearing. To enable learned Assistant Government Pleader to file appropriate reply, time to file such reply is extendable till 07.01.2013. If no reply is filed, respondent no.2 shall personally remain present before this Court with necessary details.
