JUDGMENT: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties before us, including the appellant and the first and second respondents, we think this matter can be disposed of by the following order.
The respondent authorities shall not disturb the activities of the appellant club without due process of law. It appears from the record that as yet, no action has been taken by the respondents. If the respondent authorities feel that action is required to be taken having regard to the activities of the appellant club, it would be open for them.
In view of aforesaid directions, we feel that nothing remains in the writ petition. Therefore, it would be open for the parties to approach the learned Trial Judge to place this order for passing appropriate orders in the writ petition.
The Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
