Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the learned trial court i.e. Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut to decide the Original Suit No.978 of 2012, which is pending before him within a stipulated time period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been filed in the year 2012 and which is still pending for conclusion.
Considering the institution of the suit, which is pending since 2012, it appears appropriate to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut to decide the Original Suit No.978 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably without granting any unnecessary adjournments either of the parties.
