. RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through it Advocate Sri T. Ramesh Babu, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned assessment order dated 19.03.2014 in VAT 305 passed by the 1' respondent for the years 2008-09 to 2010-11 under the APVAT Act, 2005 as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of the principals of natural justice besides being unjustified and contrary to the provisions of law and consequently to set aside the same;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri TRAMESH BABU Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
