All these writ petitions have become infructuous since Ordinance has been replaced by an appropriate legislation as we can understand from the submission of the learned Advocate General, who produced a copy of the said Act and a copy of the same is to be handed over to the learned counsel for the writ petitioners.
In view of aforesaid submission, all these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the writ petitioners to take action in accordance with law, as may be advised. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
