Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is filed by the petitioners for a direction to the respondents 2, 3, 6 and 7 to conduct survey of land in Sy.No. 9/1 situated at Saroornagar village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.
During the hearing it transpired that as per the orders of the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, the survey has already been conducted and a report has been filed before the said Special Court. It is also stated that the parties including the vendors of the petitioners have also filed objections to the report. Since the survey has been conducted with regard to Sy.No. 9/1 situated at Saroornagar village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become unnecessary. However, the survey conducted shall be subject to further orders of the Special Court. As such no orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
