JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges recovery proceedings pending disposal of appeals Ext.P2 and Ext.P2(a) against the assessment orders Exts. P1 and P1(a). The petitioner contends that by Exts.P4 and P4(a), the petitioner has paid the entire dues pending as against Ext.P1 and 50% of the dues pending as against Ext.P1(a). In such circumstance, it would be appropriate that recovery proceedings be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the appeals. There shall be a direction so to do. Writ petition disposed of.
