The petitioner challenges recovery proceedings pending disposal of Ext.P2 appeal against Exts. P1 assessment order. The petitioner contends that by Exts.P4, the petitioner has paid 50% of the dues pending as against Ext.P1. In such circumstance, it would be appropriate that recovery proceedings be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the appeals. There shall be a direction so to do. Writ petition disposed of.
