The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, Tinkal @ Tanveer Singh, Lallu @ Lalit Singh, Vikky @ Vikeshpal Singh, Kunwar Pal Singh, Veerpal, Santu @ Santosh Kumar, Munish Katheria, Omkar, Ravi Kumar, Jai Singh, Bhoop Singh @ Bhupal, Amar Singh @ Pappu, Rakesh Kumar and Vikky, in Case Crime No. 85 of 2017, under Sections- 147, 452, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3(1)(Da) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station- Faizganj Behta, District- Budaun.
The applicants have approached this Court at post-cognizance stage praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants when charge-sheet has been submitted against them on 15.05.2017. They have not brought on record the material collected by the Investigating Officer in support of the charge- sheet.
In view of paragraph 45 (1) of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and Another, this anticipatory bail application deserves to be rejected.
It is accordingly, rejected.
