(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his brother which is scheduled on 15th March, 2012.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP, based on the report received by him from Police Superintendent, Panchmahal has submitted that ground mentioned in the application is genuine.
From the jail report, it transpires that once the applicant-convict was enlarged on parole and has returned to the jail authority in time.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that the applicant-convict be enlarged on temporary bail from 14th March, 2012 to 21st March, 2012 on personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount and with the further condition that applicant-convict shall surrender to the jail authority on 22nd March, 2012.
Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
