Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the O.P. No.1, Sub-divisional Officer, Jalalpur, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Suit No.T-200504040200039 (Tilku Vs. Gaon Sabha Bandipur and another) under Section 229 (B) of Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, pending since 2017 before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, O.P. No.1 is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law on priority basis and shall conclude within six months. It is made clear that Court below shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case including the ground of strike. The parties shall fully cooperate in the case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
