The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 153/1991, within a time specified by this Court.
The petitioners are plaintiffs in the suit. The issues were framed on 6.11.1999. Since thereafter, dates are being fixed for recording of evidence, but nothing substantial has been done.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 1991, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
