Heard Sri K.M. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State. Petitioner has already filed writ petition being writ petition No. 23857of 2010 in which , on 30.4.2010 interim stay order was granted by this Hon'ble Court.
Now the manager District Cooperative Bank, Lalitpur, by means of impugned communication dated 13.5.2010 stayed the operation of the entire account of the Society on the pretext of seeking guidance in the matter from the higher authorities.
There is confusion in respect of the petitioner's right as being submitted. In our opinion, it is always open for the petitioner to submit an application seeking his grievance in the pending writ petition.
Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
