JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of order dated 14.03.2014, learned counsel appearing for State Bank of India, K.V. Branch, District Sitapur, was granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.
Submission of learned counsel for the Bank is that he has been provided oral instructions in the matters. Learned counsel failed to satisfy the query made by the Court.
In view of the above, the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, K.V. Branch, District Sitapur, is directed to appear before the Court along with relevant record, on 28.03.2014.
Learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India, shall inform the Manager of the concerned branch, in writing, about the order passed by this Court.
