The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in pursuance of the remand order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut in Appeal No. 94 of 2015-16 (Tika vs. Ratan Lal & Others) filed under Section 331 of the UPZA&LR Act, 1950 the matter was remanded to the Court below with a direction to comply with the direction issued by the Additional Commissioner in its order dated 13.11.2017 and in pursuance thereto the petitioner has filed the Case No. 14/T2009111735.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the newly substituted respondent no. 6 (Up Zila Adhikari, Anupshahar, District Bulandshahar ) to decide the Case No. 14/T2009111735 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order is filed before him, strictly in accordance with law.
