It has been stated in the writ petition that the father of the petitioner was employed as Class IV employee in Krishi Vigyaan Kendra, Awagarh, District Etah and died on 17.7.2017 while still in service. It has been stated that under the relevant statutory rules, the petitioner has made his claim for appointment on compassionate ground.
The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Principal of Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra i.e. respondent no.2 which the petitioner states manages the Krishi Vigyaan Kendra bringing to his notice all the necessary facts who shall decide the application of the petitioner within six months from the date of filing of the said representation after considering the relevant rules and records and also take appropriate action, in accordance with law, depending on the decision taken by him on the application of the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter.
