[1] It is submitted by learned advocate for the appellants that if necessary direction is given to learned Trial Court to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.208 of 2010 within stipulated time, then, he will not invite any reasoned order.
[2] Under the circumstances, learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) is hereby directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.208 of 2010 in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present order.
[3] In view of above, Appeal from Order is disposed of. No order in Civil Application and same is disposed of.
