This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the notification dated 11.4.2016 issued by R-2 at Annex-A. Direct respondent authorities to strictly adhere to the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in W.P.196/2001 dated 7.10.2004 while issuing any notification or orders with respect to implementation of ICDS scheme and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-

2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the e-tender notification dated 11.04.2016 which has been impugned in this writ petition, has been withdrawn. He has produced a copy of the communication dated 08.12.2016 which is taken on record.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
