2 The Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District . RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri R.K. SURI presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not taking suitable steps as per the representation dt. 18.4.2014 against the illegal and criminal activity in respect of the petitioner's land of an extent of Ac.6.20 gts under Sy No. 223 situated at Pocharam Village, Ibrahimpatnam mandal, Ranga Reddy District as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and direct the respondents to dispose the representation dt. 18.04.2014 by taking necessary action.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R.K. SURI Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable by 02-06-2014 to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;

1 The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.
2 The Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.
