J U D G M E N T The appellant/claimant is before this Court not being satisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded under the judgment and award dated 11.09.2013 passed in MVC No.150/2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, MACT, Sakleshpur.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appellant/claimant had challenged the said judgment and award in MFA No.4977/2014 before this Court and this Court by judgment dated 29.03.2016 disposed off the appeal enhancing the compensation to Rs.3,79,884/-.
3. Since the appellant/claimant had challenged the judgment and award in MVC No.150/2012 in MFA No.4977/2014 which is disposed off by judgment dated 29.03.2016, the present appeal would not survive for consideration, it is accordingly dismissed.
