The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry dated 01.08.2017 to list the Writ Petition under the caption “for withdrawal”. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also enclosed a letter written by the petitioner instructing him to withdraw the Writ Petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
