2. The prayer in the present writ petition is for directions to the respondents to furnish Adangals for the period from 1986 to 2008 and 2012 to 2014 in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1-04 cents in survey No.341/B of Pulipadu Village, Gurajala Mandal, Guntur District.
3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that in response to the petitioners’ representation under the Right to Information Act, dated 08.08.2014, he sought Adangals from 2009 to 2014 and also enquiry file of Sri Kanneganti Nraayana, S/o.Pullaiah of Pulipadu village. Both the said informations are stated to have been given to the petitioner within the stipulated time under proper acknowledgment.
4. In view of that, therefore, the petitioner having already received the information as per his representation, no further directions in this writ petition are called for.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
