When the matter was taken up for hearing, it appeared to me that having regard to the nature of the case it is only proper to direct the appellate court to dispose of the appeal itself on or before 31.01.2015. Both counsel agreed to it. In the result, these appeals are disposed of with a direction to the appellate court to dispose of the appeal on or before 31.01.2015.

The records of the case shall be forwarded forthwith to the appellate court.
