JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer in this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for a direction to the Sub Court, Irinjalakuda to take up the three suits, i.e., O.S.681 of 2010, O.S.575 of 2010 renumbered as O.S. 519 of 2013 and O.S. 54 of 2010 renumbered as O.S. 93 of 2014, and dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a time limit to be fixed by this court.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that all the three suits are of the year 2010 and since there is a transfer of the suits to Sub Court, Irinjalakuda, they are renumbered as suits of 2013 and 2014. According to the learned counsel, all steps are complete and the suits are ripe for trial.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, it is only proper that the relief be granted to the petitioner.
4. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondent is unnecessary as no prejudice is caused to him by the order to be passed.
In the result, this Original Petition is allowed and there will be a direction to the Sub Court, Irinjalakuda to take up O.S. Nos. 681 of 2010, 519 of 2013 and 93 of 2014 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided they are ripe for trial.
