JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with crime No.1375/2014 of the Thodupuzha Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 465, 471, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. All the offences being bailable, the application seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable, and this Bail Application is dismissed. The petitioners may surrender before the court below and seek for regular bail.
