JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner challenges Exts.P5 and P6 by which the petitioner has been directed to demolish certain structures alleging violation of Kerala Panchayat Building Rules, 2011.
2. In so far as the petitioner has a right to challenge the said orders by filing an appeal before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, I do not think that this Court will be justified in interfering with the orders at this stage.
3. However, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is directed to demolish the same immediately without affording an opportunity to prefer an appeal, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to keep in abeyance Exts.P6 and P7 for a period of three weeks from today reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the competent authority.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
