The petitioner's land having an extent of 08.30 ares comprised in Re.Sy.No.155/18 of Nedumbassery Village was acquired by the first respondent for the purpose of construction and development of Nedumbassery Airport. In lieu of the above acquisition, the petitioner is entitled to operate taxi. However, the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is operating taxi based on the benefit granted to the petitioner. The petitioner raised Ext.P2 complaint before the respondents 1 and 2. 2. In view of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of Ext.P2, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent, within a period of two months from the date of W.P.(c).No. 32705 of 2014 : 2 :
receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
