HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.155 of 2013 This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.502 of 2012 from Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem.
Wife filed this petition contending that Section 498-A case and D.V.C. filed by her are pending before II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem and respondent is attending these cases. She further contended that she is staying at Palvancha of Kothagudem District which is far away from L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and it is difficult for her to travel such a long distance and she cannot bear travel expenditure to attend the Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to defend O.P.No.502 of 2012 and considering her convenience, sought transfer of O.P. from Ranga Reddy to Kothagudem.
Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.
Heard arguments.
Considering the affidavit of the petitioner which remained unchallenged, O.P.No.502 of 2012 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District to Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem for disposal in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Transfer C.M.P., the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
