The petitioner has approached the Taluk Land Board, Perinthalmanna under Section 85 (8) of the Kerala Land Reforms Act. Ext.P4 is the application made by the petitioner. In view of the statutory application made by the petitioner before the Taluk Land Board, there shall be a direction to Taluk Land Board, Perinthalmanna to consider Ext.P4 application within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till the final decision is taken by the Taluk Land Board in this matter, status quo as on today shall be maintained.
