For Petitioner : Mr.K.Raghupathy For Respondent : Mr.C.Emalias, APP ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional CCB- CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate at Allikulam Complex, Egmore, Chennai to expedite the trial and conclude the same in CC No.9198 of 2010 pending on his file, within a stipulated time.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that earlier the said case was pending with the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same was subsequently transferred to the file of the learned Additional CCB- CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate at Allikulam Complex, Egmore, Chennai. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that after due trial and arguments, the case stood adjourned to 25.04.2017 for pronouncing judgment.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to issue any direction to the learned Magistrate concerned. Hence, recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
