JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of an interim order.
2.It is seen that based on the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner has remitted the excess amount. However, such remittance can be only without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in the writ petition.
3.Thus, while closing the contempt petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate the points in the writ petition and if the petitioner succeeds, he will be entitled to refund of the amount, which has been deposited.
