[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu seems to have left the parental house voluntarily being a major and married the third respondent and it transpires from their enquiry. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
2. In view of the statement given by the alleged detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
