JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 28.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner, hence this Court presumes that the petitioner has not evinced any interest to prosecute the petition.
