THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Learned AGA for the Respondents-State files a Memo stating that the land in Sy.No.94 to the extent of 1 Acre situated at Seege Guddakaval, Salagame village, Hassan District, is granted in favour of the petitioner by issuing a Notice dated 23.02.2018 by the Tahsilar, Hassan Taluk and District. It is also stated in the said Notice that the petitioner is required to pay a fee of Rs.2,327/- to the Government within a period of one week therefrom.
2. In this view of the matter, this Court finds that the present writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall pay the required fee with the concerned authorities at the earliest and thereafter, secure the necessary documents from them.
No costs.
