This Regular First Appeal coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Called again in the second round. None appear in the matter.
Learned counsel for the appellants absent. Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities, the appellants have not filed paperbook.
The appeal is of the year 2013 and sufficient opportunity even as ‘finally’ and ‘as a last chance’ was given to the appellants to file paperbook and to proceed further in the matter.
Since the appellants are not evincing any interest in the matter, it is to be taken that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter. As such, the appeal stands dismissed for non- filing of paperbook and for non-prosecution of appeal.
