THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner herein is seeking writ of mandamus to direct respondents-2 and 3 to consider his application filed in Form No.53 for regularisation of alleged unauthorized cultivation of gomal land bearing Sy.No.40, measuring to an extent of 1 acre 28 guntas situated at Doddamallekere village, Thondebhavi Hobli, Bevinahalli, Gouribidnur Taluk, Chikkaballapura District vide Annexure-A.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and as well as the contesting respondents.
3. Respondents-2 and 3 are hereby directed to ascertain whether an application is filed by the petitioner as contended by him and if the said application is filed, ascertain whether the same is in conformity with the requirements and if the said application is in order, place it before the 3rd respondent-Committee for Regularization of Unauthorised Occupation and the same shall be disposed of by the said Committee in accordance with law at the earliest.
With aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
