JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a appeal under Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006, to work out his remedy and has made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
