JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the land acquisition proceedings initiated for the purpose of widening of the National Highway No.7A.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the award of the respondent passed on 01.12.2006. In view of the interim order passed by this Court in this writ petition, the petitioner's property was deferred while passing award and there is no information with regard to the acquisition of property from the requisition body.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner asserts that the property is not demolished and the widening project was completed without acquiring the petitioner's property.
4.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
