JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the 2nd respondent herein from interfering with the lawful day today activities of the petitioner association without following the due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Today, Mr.C.Balasubramani, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Theni Police Station is present before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced photographs to show that there is no club existing in the name of Theni Metro Recreation Club om the address given by the petitioner. NO.7, Sadaiyal Street, Theni Post, Theni District appears to be a residence.
5. Under such circumstances, the mandamus that has been prayed for cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
