----------------------- The petitioner submitted Ext.P8 representation before the District Collector. The matter is relating to road. The petitioner submits that on account of the proposed widening, the petitioner’s property as well as the family temple will be affected.

2. In view of Ext.P8, there shall be a direction to the District Collector to advert Ext.P8 and take appropriate decision in the matter after hearing the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent Panchayat within a period six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
