JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Payyanur Police Police on the strength of allegations contained in the petition. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per report dated 19.05.2014 of the SHO, Payyanur no case is registered against the petitioner in the manner alleged in the petition and that the petitioner is not required for any purpose as alleged in the petition.
3. In the light of the above, petitioner cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving fresh application in case of genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
