ORAL ORDER:
Both the learned counsel have filed a copy of Joint Compromise Memo, date of which is not observable, said to have been entered into between the petitioner and the respondent No.3, in the light of which the continuation of Proceedings is not required.
Accordingly, keeping the said Joint Compromise Memo on record, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition in terms of the said Compromise Memo.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
