THE HON’BLE DR. JUSTICE K.G. SHANKAR TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.134 OF 2013 ORDER:
The petitioner seeks for transfer of C.C. No.181 of 2012 from the file of the Special Magistrate, Rangareddy District at Hasthinapur to the Court of IV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad on the ground that other cases between them under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act are pending before the IV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
As the petitioner and the respondent are arrayed before the IV- Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in similar cases, it would be convenient if C.C. No.181 of 2012 is also transferred to the same Court for disposal according to law.
Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed. C.C. No.181 of 2012 on the file of the Special Magistrate, Rangareddy District at Hasthinapur is withdrawn and is made over to the Court of IV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for disposal according to law.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Transfer Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
