JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer in this Original Petition is for a direction to the Munsiff's Court, Kottarakkara to dispose of O.S. 112 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a reasonable period or within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The suit is one for injunction and consequential reliefs. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the suit is ripe for trial and there may be a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit.
3. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed in this petition, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.
4. Since the suit is of the year 2009 and it is ripe for trial, it is only just and reasonable to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioners.
OP.(C). 2212/2014.
2 In the result, this Original Petition is disposed of directing the Munsiff's Court, Kottarakkara to include O.S. 112 of 2009 in the list for the month of December, 2014 and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
