No representation for the petitioner. Though the petitioner has been directed to take steps as per order dated 27.6.2014, the Registry reports that, no steps have been taken to cure the defect or to issue notice as directed. It is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

This Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed.
