JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by Exhibit P2 proceedings of the second respondent by which, an application for building permit submitted by her has been rejected. The reason for rejection stated in Exhibit P2 is that, the property of the petitioner is described as wet land in the Data Bank. According to the petitioner, the land is not a wet land, but is a filled up and fully developed dry land with improvements aged more than 10 years standing in the property. 2. If the contentions of the petitioner are correct, the proper course to be adopted is to seek for correction of the Data Bank after convincing the authority that the land is not wet land. The petitioner submits that an application for the purpose has already been preferred. It is for the petitioner to pursue the said application, to the have description of the W.P.(C) No.26016 of 2014-A -:2:-
land in the Data Bank corrected and thereafter submit a fresh application for building permit. At present, I do not find any infirmity in Exhibit P2 justifying an interference with the same.
In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to get the entry in the Data Bank corrected, if the land is not actually wet land as contended.
