Petitioner's permit for removal of ordinary sand has been expired. Petitioner requests for renewal of Ext.P1 by Ext.P3. Petitioner was told to produce No Objection Certificate for the renewal.
2. In view of the judgment of this Court in W.P(C).
No.19136 of 2014, it is not necessary to produce renewed NOC. The NOC already issued as Ext.P1 can be relied for the purpose of renewal. Accordingly based on Ext.P1, Ext.P3 shall be considered within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment without insisting further production of NOC. The renewal shall be only for the area covered in Ext.P1.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
