JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P9 representation, that is pending before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner has sought for the benefit of rehabilitation in Ext.P9. The petitioner's land has been acquired by respondents 2 and 3. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing Ext.P9 to be considered.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P9 representation in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
