Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. No notice is being issued to the first respondent in view of the order being passed in this Writ Petition.

The petitioner in this Writ Petition has come up with a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to afford adequate protection to the petitioner for the peaceful usage of the rooms in her possession and ownership in the building situated in Re-Survey No. 345/4 of Anjur Village at Kodakandan Junction of Mundoor - Kottakkad Road in Thrissur District. Petitioner's case is that a W.P. (C ) No. 33737 of 2014 2 suit has already been filed by respondent No.1 regarding the aforesaid rooms which is pending consideration before the Munsiff's Court, Thrissur as O.S. No. 7994/2014.
3. Since the issue pertaining to usage of rooms is engaging the attention of the civil court, it is open for the petitioner to get her rights established or obtain an order from the Civil Court. The present petition does not call for issuing a direction for police protection. In so far as, with regard to the petitioner's complaint, crime as already been registered and the accused was arrested and he was enlarged on bail now .
With this observation, this Writ Petition is closed.
