The petitioner seeks early consideration of the following interlocutory applications filed in A.S.No.100/2006: i) I.A.No.2239/2014 filed to set aside the decree passed ex-parte.
ii) I.A.No.2241/2014 to condone the delay of 300 days in seeking to set aside the ex-parte decree.
iii) I.A.No.2240/2014 filed for stay of further proceedings in the suit.
2. The petitioner contends that the decree in A.S.No.100/2006 was passed ex-parte without proper service of notice. I direct the court of the District Judge of Thrissur to consider the aforesaid interlocutory applications expeditiously.
3. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the interlocutory applications within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
